Shopping Information
What is the typical amount of time to ship?
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours but may slip up to 96 hours depending on the size of your order and orders ahead of you. If an order ever takes longer than 96 hours to ship we'll reach out ahead of time.
Shipping is free for orders over $99. For orders under $99 we offer USPS shipping at $9.99 and 2 Day Air Service via UPS for $14.99.
Typical delivery to door time is 3 days. However please understand there maybe circumstances where production and processing times are longer.
We process orders in the order in which they are received. If you are on a tight deadline please contact us for the most up to date expected shipping times.
Payment Information
We accept all major forms of payment securely through Shopify, including: Shop Pay / Shop Cash Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Debit cards with any of the above logos
Payment is required in full before we begin production on your custom patches, or ship any orders. This ensures your order is processed without delay.
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system, which uses industry-standard encryption to protect your information. We do not collect, store or have access to your payment information once the transaction is completed.

Order Returns
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order or there’s an issue, please contact us promptly.
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and notifying us right away if you notice any damage or defects. Under no circumstance do we offer returns on custom items unless there is an error. We may elect to reprint items at our cost in case of mistakes.
If we've sent incorrect or defective items we'll cover 100% of the return cost AND 100% of the cost in getting your order right. If you have changed your mind about an order you are responsible for all return shipping costs. There are no refunds for any shipments, regardless of method.
