Return & Exchange Policy – Hat Patch Supply
We operate on a 72-hour inspection window. Once your order is marked delivered, you have 72 hours to inspect your items and report any issues.
After 72 hours, all orders are considered accepted, and all responsibility transfers to the customer.
Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- All items are made-to-order and are NOT eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
- Returns or exchanges are only considered if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The item does not match the approved order
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of issue (photos/video) is required

Our Right to Fix Before Refund
If an issue is reported and verified:
- We reserve the right to repair, replace, or remake the item before issuing any refund
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion only if a resolution cannot be completed
This ensures we can deliver the product as intended rather than defaulting to refunds.
Unauthorized Returns
- Do NOT send items back without approval
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Any item not reported within the 72-hour window
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
- Failure to contact us within 72 hours voids eligibility for any claim
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity
We are committed to making things right—but we must be given the opportunity to do so.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
