All products from Hat Foundry are custom made-to-order. We do not stock pre-made inventory.

Production & Fulfillment

  • Orders are produced in the order they are received
  • Each item is custom built, which requires time for design, production, and finishing
  • Production time varies based on order volume, complexity, and materials

🚨 There are NO guaranteed production or shipping timeframes unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to placing your order

Estimated Turnaround Times

  • Estimated production/shipping timelines are typically displayed on our website header
  • These are estimates only, not guarantees
  • Timelines may change at any time due to:
    • High order volume
    • Equipment maintenance
    • Material availability
    • Large or complex orders

Shipping Process

  • Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method
  • Shipping speed only applies AFTER production is complete
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item has shipped

Delays & Order Status

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Custom production times may exceed initial estimates
  • Delays do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks
  • We do not offer refunds due to production or shipping delays

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders enter production quickly and cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun
  • Requests to cancel due to shipping time or delays will not be approved

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control
  • Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier for:
    • Lost packages
    • Stolen deliveries
    • Delivery delays

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Hat Foundry, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand all items are custom made
  • You accept variable production timelines
  • You agree that delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes
