Need patches fast? Place eligible patch products in their own order. Mixed orders can move on a different production schedule when they include banners, hats, apparel, FoundryTags™, or other products.

Fine Print
The timer begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on the first business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
Your order must receive a qualifying carrier scan such as acceptance, pickup, drop-off, or another in-transit scan. A shipping label being created does not count by itself.
If artwork requires correction, clarification, replacement, approval, or updated instructions, the timer pauses. A new 72-hour timer begins once we acknowledge receipt of corrected artwork or instructions.
“Free patches” means a refund or credit for the qualifying patch product subtotal only. Shipping, taxes, artwork services, rush fees, optional services, and non-patch products are excluded.
Orders over 150 patches may require extended processing time. If additional time is needed, we will notify you by email. These orders are excluded unless confirmed in writing.
No. The 72-Hour Shipping Guarantee applies only to qualifying products made with materials that are in stock at the time production begins. Any order requiring out-of-stock materials or components does not qualify. Website inventory is provided as a convenience and may not always reflect real-time production inventory. If a required material is unavailable, the guarantee is paused until the material is restocked or an alternate material is approved by the customer.
No. This guarantee covers production and carrier handoff only. Once your package receives a qualifying carrier scan, transit time is the carrier’s responsibility.
