Custom Manufacturing Disclaimer
All products are custom manufactured to customer specifications. By submitting artwork or approving designs, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and approved all files, layouts, spelling, sizing, and colors
- Hat Patch Supply is not responsible for errors in approved artwork
- Slight variations in color, placement, texture, or finish are normal in custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects
No Guarantee of Exact Replication
Due to differences in materials, machines, and processes:
- Final products may vary slightly from digital proofs, mockups, or previous orders
- These variations are not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks
Production & Shipping Agreement
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- All items are made to order
- Production times are variable and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase
- Delays in production or shipping do not qualify for refunds or cancellations
Intellectual Property Responsibility
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use all submitted content
- You grant Hat Patch Supply permission to produce the design
Hat Patch Supply is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations submitted by customers.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order at our discretion
- Cancel orders due to suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations
- Limit quantities or restrict service at any time
Limitation of Liability
Hat Patch Supply shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, profits, or reputation
- Delays caused by equipment failure, supply chain issues, or shipping carriers
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the order in question
Chargebacks & Disputes

- That filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered fraudulent activity
