FoundryTag is a custom interior hat branding system designed to turn a decorated blank into a more complete private-label product. Applied inside the sweatband or crown, each tag keeps your logo, brand mark, tagline, or other identifying artwork with the hat after it leaves your shop.
FoundryTags are printed in full color on PolyCore Canvas for crisp detail and a clean retail-style appearance. They are built for hat makers, hat bars, print shops, apparel brands, promotional product companies, and production shops that want stronger interior branding without adding sewing or heat-press steps.
The pressure-activated adhesive makes installation fast: peel the backing, position the tag, apply firm pressure, and move on to the next hat. That makes FoundryTags especially useful for repeat production where branding quality matters but labor time needs to stay under control.
Full-Color Branding Without Heat or Sewing
FoundryTags use high-resolution UV printing on PolyCore Canvas to reproduce logos, brand marks, short taglines, QR codes, and other compact interior branding with strong color and clear detail.
Because the branding area is intentionally small, simple artwork with strong contrast works best. Clean vector artwork or a high-resolution transparent image usually produces the strongest result, while overly fine text and low-contrast color combinations should be avoided.
