Before You Begin

Universal Pressing Instructions

Pre-Press the Hat

Pre-press for 15–30 seconds to remove moisture and warm the hat material.

Use a Silicone Pad

Always cover the patch with a silicone pad or silicone sheet before closing the press.

Optional Patch Preheating

A griddle or other safe heat source may be used to preheat patches, but it is not required.

These instructions assume patches are backed with Lonestar Adhesive DurraBull Adhesive.
