Our Story
Patches made by people who press hats every day.
Hat Patch Supply is a family-run patch shop in East Liverpool, Ohio. Everything we sell — UV printed patches, laser engraved leather, tri-layer acrylics, and FoundryTag™ interior tags — is produced in-house, in the USA, by people who run hat presses themselves. We started as hat makers, got frustrated with slow patch suppliers and stitch-count pricing, and decided to build the supplier we wished existed.
