Beach Please Tri-Layer Acrylic Hat Patch

The phrase is laser engraved into tri-layer acrylic, letting the cut layers throw contrast instead of relying on ink that sun and salt would eventually dull. Coastal gift shops, cruise crowds, and beach town hat bars keep this one in steady rotation.

Our tri-layer acrylic hat patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press.

Pressing Instructions:

All presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.

Single Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. We suggest starting at 300°F for 40 seconds with LIGHT pressure.

Dual Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 45 seconds. Press with LIGHT pressure.
