Buckle Up Tooled Look Buckle Style UV Printed Leatherette Hat Patch

Shaped like a trophy buckle and printed with tooled leather patterning, Buckle Up borrows western saddle-shop styling without the saddle-shop price. UV printing on leatherette reproduces the scrollwork in full color and keeps every line legible at brim distance. Rodeo crowds and western boutiques are the natural home for it.

Pressing Instructions:

PLEASE READ! All hat presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.

Single Platen - For leatherette patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. We suggest pressing at 300°F for 40 seconds.

Dual Platen - Pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 40 seconds.
