Duck Tooled Pattern Engraved Leatherette Hat Patch

Tooled leather patterning surrounds a duck silhouette on this engraved leatherette patch, borrowing the look of hand-worked western goods. Laser engraving burns the scrollwork and bird detail into the surface, so the contrast comes from depth rather than ink. Waterfowl hunters with western leanings are the natural buyer.

Pressing Instructions:

PLEASE READ! All hat presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.

Single Platen - For leatherette patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. We suggest pressing at 300°F for 40 seconds.

Dual Platen - Pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 40 seconds.
