Our UV full color printed leatherette hat patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press. Please note this patch is UV printed to look like stitching, but there is no actual stitching.

Pressing Instructions:

PLEASE READ! All hat presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.

Single Platen - For leatherette patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. We suggest pressing at 300°F for 40 seconds.

Dual Platen - Pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 40 seconds.
