Built for Fast, Repeatable Hat Production
Every patch is custom engraved from your artwork and produced for a clean, professional finished look. Vector artwork such as AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF is recommended for the sharpest engraving, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files can also work well.
Leatherette is well suited to logos, text, badges, line art, monograms, western artwork, outdoor branding, and other designs that benefit from strong engraved contrast. Designs that depend on full color, photographs, or smooth gradients are generally better suited to UV printed patches.
Current material options include Rawhide, Walnut, Sand, Buckskin, Black, and an Other option for special requests.
