Patch Dimensions: 3.32" W x 2" H. This will come as two pieces - the outer patch and shell insert. Both are acrylic.
Our tri-layer acrylic hat patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press.
Pressing Instructions:
All presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines.
Single Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. We suggest starting at 300°F for 40 seconds with LIGHT pressure.
Dual Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 45 seconds. Press with LIGHT pressure.
